iPhone Self-Mail In Shipping Instructions
Please refer to these instructions when you are ready to send your item to us.
Package your item carefully. DO NOT put iPhones into envelopes, as they will get damaged! Also, DO NOT include accessories such as A/C adapters or earphones (unless you'd like us to test these items for you). The lighter your package, the cheaper it'll be to send. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SIM CARD. WE WILL NOT NEED IT TO PERFORM YOUR REPAIR!
Seal your package! If your package arrives at our facility and your iPhone has fallen out during transit, it is VERY HARD to recover!
We may re-use your packaging. Please keep in mind that if your packing materials do not meet the minimum guidelines of protection it may arrive back in a different package
PLEASE place your order number on the outside of the package! You received your order number upon checkout if you placed your order online, or from your sales person if you called in your order.
Ship your item to us using a reliable carrier. We recommend UPS, FedEx, DHL, or The USPS. You should also insure your package for it's replacement value, and use a service that you can track so you can view it's progress into our facility.
MC2 Development Team Inc takes NO responsibility for the arrival of your unit under these conditions. If there is a service failure of any type on it's way to us, you will need to contact the carrier and file the appropriate claims and/or grievances however we will help out in any way we can.
